If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return (EU law minimum)
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• To start a return, email us at loopa.myspotify@gmail.com with your order number

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Exchanges

• We replace items that are defective or damaged — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo

Non-returnable Items

• Digital products (ebooks) are non-refundable once downloaded

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
